WEDDING INVITATION
OUR STORY
Maria and Ivan’s story began in June 2022 in Germany, far from their shared homeland of Russia. Maria is from the warm southern region of Russia - Krasnodar, and Ivan is from the cold region of Siberia - Bijsk. These two couldn’t have been more different. Yet, from the moment they met, there was an undeniable spark. Their differences only deepened their connection, and before long, their bond grew stronger. Then, in May 2024, during a trip to Brussels, Ivan surprised Maria by getting down on one knee and asking her to spend a lifetime together.
Maria said yes!
The story takes a delightful turn in 2025 when they welcomed their son, Ivan Ivanovich, into the world—a beautiful new chapter in their love story.
Now, as they look toward the future, they know that whether it’s the warmth of Krasnodar or the chill of Bijsk, they’ve found their true home in each other.

Please plan to arrive 30 - 45 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking, check-in and to be seated.

BREAKFAST

Sunday 29th June 2025

Breakfast will start from 08:00 - 10:30AM.
​
We would like to have breakfast with you on the next day after the wedding.
​
It is no problem if you would like to stay a little longer, as the breakfast hall will be reserved for the wedding guests exclusively.

ACCOMMODATION
Rooms are available at the Schlosshotel Hugenpoet for the guests.

PARKING
There will be parking available at Schloss Hugenpoet.
WEDDING ATTIRE
​
Black tie (optional) , we do encourage you to embrace the formality of the day with formal attire.
​
For women, we suggest evening or cocktail dresses.
For men, a dark suit or tuxedo is the ideal choice, but a formal blazer and trousers will also be appropriate.

Our wedding will be led with the help of a professional moderator - Irina Fot, who will be your go-to person for any questions regarding timings, special surprises or greetings on the wedding day.
